A graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in marketing, Steve has more than 30 years marketing experience. He
grew up working in his family’s business, LeVasseur Building & Remodeling, and has been a Florida licensed residential contractor since 2008. He added Realtor to his job description in 2016. “When meeting with clients to discuss remodeling, it is often clear that a new home purchase meets their needs and is a better option to consider instead of extensive renovations,” LeVasseur explained. 

Steve is available to market homes for sale, show homes to potential buyers, and facilitate transactions. He is skilled at creating 3D Matterport Virtual Tours, allowing potential buyers to virtually “walk through” properties and view rooms from multiple angles from wherever they have an internet connection.

Active in the community, Steve serves as president of the Kiwanis Club of Englewood-Cape Haze, founding chair of the Englewood Community Coalition, and board member for the Englewood Area Cancer Foundation and Charlotte County Healthy Start. He also volunteers with Girl Scouts, serving as a lifeguard and instructor for canoeing, kayaking, and archery.

LeVasseur and his wife Niki have been married for 24 years. They have one daughter, Anne, who is graduating from Florida Southern College in May.
