The large living room has plenty of seating for everyone in the family and a wall of sliders out to the lanai and pool area. To the right is a formal dining room with direct access to the kitchen. The nook has table and chairs and a door out to the lanai.

The well-equipped kitchen has all appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher), plenty of storage and a breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The primary en-suite bathroom has double vanities, deep soaking tub for you to kick back and relax and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, flat screen TV and sliders out to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. All bathrooms have hair dryers.

This home has cable TV (all with DVD's) in the living room, and bedrooms 2 and 3; telephone and hi-speed internet. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer and additional storage. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!

The large lanai and pool area has a dining table with chairs and loungers. The pool has optional electric heat. There is also a propane gas BBQ Grill. In the garage there are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and three bicycles for guests to use.
