The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Big sliders invite you to the lanai lounging area with sofa, chairs, and coffee table. There is also a standalone gas grill. Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious patio area or enjoy delicious cocktails and BBQ with family and friends - perfect for entertaining!

With split floor plan, giving the master and the guests plenty of privacy, the master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom offers twin beds and a flat screen TV. The family bathroom has a single vanity and a shower-over-the-tub combination. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. This home has satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Beach chairs are available in the garage all for guests use.

Please note the owners' car is parked inside the garage, but there is ample parking space on the driveway for our guests. The house is also equipped with a Ring Doorbell.
