A shared work area is adjoining the sitting area with a desk and chair, able to transform into a fully functional home office if you need to do any remote meetings or school homework. The home is furnished with comfort in mind, with peaceful light colors and coastal decor.

The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating, flat screen smart TV, bar with wine storage – perfect to mix your favorite cocktails, and sliders to the lanai area.

The primary suite offers a king bed, flat screen smart TV, and sliders to the lanai area so you can wake up every morning and step outside for a peaceful retreat! The en-suite primary bath features light tones and beautiful finishes, dual sinks, and an elegant walk-in shower.

The two guest rooms are nicely appointed. Bedroom 2 features twin beds with a coastal vibe décor. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, with elegant black & white tones, flat screen smart TV, dual closets, and sliders to the deck area with a nice water view of the canal.

The family bathroom offers dual sinks, and an elegant walk-in shower. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The guest wing in this split floor plan can be closed off for privacy, and the hallway to the two guest bedrooms and full bath includes another door for easy access to the lanai/pool area.

Well-equipped kitchen with a large island, bar stools, dishwasher, microwave, pass through window to lanai, and everything you need to cook your favorite recipes! Do you need to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee to start your vacation day? Not a problem - This home offers a coffee bar equipped with both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker for you to make your perfect blend, along with an electric kettle if you prefer a nice cup of tea!

This home has the convenience of DirecTV Streaming in the family room, primary room, and 3rd guest bedroom, along with Wi-Fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer - All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. In the 2-car garage there are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - all for guests use.

The outside lanai and pool area are perfect for entertaining, fully connecting you to the outdoors, with gorgeous water views, breathtaking sunsets, and unique Florida wildlife! The large pool has optional electric heat. With accessible waterways, you can cast a line from the private dock or launch a kayak for an aquatic adventure! A great place to use as a base for visiting the ecosystems of the mangrove Blueways by boat, kayak, or paddleboard.

A phenomenal location for access to water sports facilities, fishing and the world-renowned tarpon fishing capitol of the world, Boca Grande Pass. Gasparilla Island State Park, Port Boca Grande Lighthouse, Don Pedro Island State Park, bike trails, shelling, shopping, and excellent restaurants that cater to all tastes.
