Enter this second floor unit to find a delightful home that has been renovated to the highest standards. The living room area is spacious with plenty of good seating and TV. The dining area is similarly appointed with table and chairs. Both areas have sliders that open to the balcony which has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony also has table and chairs for outside dining and a lounger to relax and listen to the waves. The living room has a pass through to the kitchen. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and features plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances - stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The gorgeous master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. Double doors lead to a large closet then on to the master bathroom with single vanity and luxurious fully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and door to the second bathroom which has shower over the tub (also accessible from the hallway as the family bathroom). In the second bedroom closet is a stacked full sized washer and dryer (there are also community laundry facilities). The bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has Comcast cable TV in the living room and master bedroom; and hi-speed internet. In addition, this unit has it's own laundry facilities. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. In the parking area (the unit has one designated parking space properly marked with unit number) (Guests' parking spaces throughout the building are first come first served and not assigned) there is a storage unit that has 3 bicycles, beach chairs and beach umbrella - all for guests to use.

Step down from your unit and enjoy a peaceful morning walk on the beach or a beautiful sunset! A short walk (approximately 15 minutes) from the condo is Englewood public beach with boardwalk, restroom facilities, children's play area and bbq area. Also several restaurants and a convenience store. This condo community also has it's own private pool for guests to use, well established with lovely public areas. This home is ideally situated near public beaches on Manasota Key. There is first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach.
