Adjoining the kitchen is a sunny nook area with a dining table for 6 with a large aquarium window overlooking the lanai & pool area. The large great room has sliders to the lanai/pool area, plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV to watch the big games or enjoy your favorite movies! Enjoy access to the deck and pool area from your primary suite in a split floor plan, giving guests plenty of privacy. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen smart TV with premium cable service, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen smart TV with premium cable service. These 2 guest bedrooms can be closed off with a pocket door for guest privacy and shared a bath that is set up as a Jack and Jill with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom four has another queen bed, flat screen smart TV for streaming only, and a bathroom right next to the bedroom. This bathroom has a single vanity, walk-in shower, and convenient access to the pool area as well. All bathrooms have hair dryers. This home has premium Cable TV in the great room and 3 of the bedrooms, along with Wi-Fi with speeds of 1 gbs for those streaming needs or Zoom conference meetings. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, extra storage cabinets, closet, and a utility sink . All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.

In the 2-car garage, you can find bikes and beach gear (includes beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler) all for guests use. Please note the single car garage on the opposite side of the driveway can’t be used for parking as the owner is using it for storage. There is ample space for parking in the 2-car garage and extra-large driveway.
