The spacious accommodation includes formal living room with flat screen TV, eat-in kitchen and family room with nice finishes and beautiful tropical decoration. The master bedroom features a king bed, french doors to the lanai area and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower and an oval soaking tub - Perfect for rest and relaxation! The second bedroom features a queen bed, smart flat screen TV and a big desk so you can get all your school or office work done while you vacation with us. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The second bathroom is across the hallway which has a single vanity, practical walk-in shower and a door to the lanai area. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has cable TV and WiFi internet access. The great kitchen with breakfast bar blends form with function, from the beautiful granite countertops and wood cabinetry to the stainless steel convection oven, dishwasher and microwave. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.

The outside seating and pool area has a cage that extends the length of the pool providing a huge deck area. The pool has optional electric heat. The covered lanai has a lounging area with a sofa and coffee table. Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or dine on additional patio table with chairs. There is also a stand-alone gas BBQ grill. A fenced back yard is ideal for your dog. In the 2 car garage there are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - all for guests use. The garage is not available for parking as owner has the car in it, but it is accessible for bikes and beach gear, you have ample parking space on the driveway.
