Fishing & Boating

A Florida vacation is not complete without a bit of fishing, boating or environmental exploration. Take part in area events below or scroll down for local points of interest.

Participants range from kids (and their parents) to fun loving adults to local businesses. The goal is to build a sea-worthy vessel from ordinary cardboard, decorate it in any way that you choose, and then paddle or sail it through a course just off the southern tip of Indian Mound Park. Fishing & Boating

Bring sun screen, hat, and two bottles of water per person and expect to get wet! Kayak and equipment rental with loading and launching service: $20 per person; no charge if bringing own kayak. Online waiver required if renting; registration required for all. Click here for more information.
