From the front porch with chairs for you to relax to the coastal colorful interior, this beautiful casita features a cozy entryway catching your eyes to the water views of the Myakka River, also home to many dolphins and wildlife in the area! You enter the home to a hallway leading you to the kitchen and living room. The bright living room has comfortable seating for you to enjoy your favorite movie on a flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, plenty of storage and everything you need to cook your favorite recipes. The master bedroom features a king bed, large closet and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a single vanity with a sink and walk-in shower. Hair dryer, linens and towels are all provided. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. In addition, there are beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, all available for guests to use. This home has cable TV, Wi-Fi and 2 air conditioning wall units to keep you nice and cool while you vacation with us. There is also a long driveway for parking. Please know that the garage is not available for parking.
